About Lauren Ogle
Lauren Ogle, PCC, MAPP
Hello! I’m the founder of CoachOgle and my mission is to improve the high performing professional’s well-being by using the science of positive psychology and the practical tools of coaching.
I made the shift to life coaching after 12 years of progressively senior marketing positions at major financial institutions. I coached thousands of Financial Advisors and Corporate Bankers on how to grow their business and build their personal brand. However, something was missing. I wanted to help the sales force not only with business goals but also with life goals—as well-being is much more than a successful career. This was my inspiration for founding CoachOgle.
My journey lead me to University of Pennsylvania’s Master of Applied Positive Psychology program. There I studied the science of well-being with Dr. Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology, Dr. Angela Duckworth, the genius behind building “Grit,” among many other pioneers. They championed my research on evidence-based ways to live a more joyful and balanced life, alongside work and relationship conflicts. I’m very grateful to be able to coach employees through life’s challenges and prevent burnout. I truly love what I do.
I recently moved out of New York City and now live in Connecticut with my husband, two children and dog.
